***Dear Cal Fresh Healthy Living community partners:
Due to recent federal funding changes, the Cal Fresh Healthy Living program is ending and will receive no new funding for program activities after October 1, 2025. This means that we will not be doing any direct or indirect education (including Harvest of the Month) after that point.
Program wrap-up will take place between October 1, 2025, and April 30, 2026. During this period, we would like to support your ongoing efforts to promote healthy eating, activity, and environments in our communities. Within funding limitations, we can help by purchasing items for school and/or community gardens as well as approved curriculums and supplies related to nutrition and physical education. We also invite you to participate in conversations about your experiences and anticipated needs so that your voices can be included as we conduct final reporting.

CalFresh Healthy Living (SNAP-Ed) supports healthy, active, and nourished lifestyles by teaching Californians about good nutrition and how to stretch their food dollars, while also building partnerships in communities to make the healthy choice, the easy choice.

Through statewide, regional, and local partnerships, programs, and policy initiatives, we promote healthy eating, physical activity, and food security with an emphasis on communities with the greatest health disparities.
