Real Estate Protection Service - The Assessor-Recorder's office, through ParcelQuest, is excited to announce a new service that alerts you by email if a potentially fraudulent document is recorded which affects a property or name you have registered. The name of this service is Guard Dog and is available free of charge. Visit  https://guarddog.parcelquest.com/ to enroll.

Value Notice - Annual Value Notices are now available online. Navigate to the Assessor Division: Lookup Parcels, Values and Maps Online section from the left hand menu.
