RFP #26-2060-01 Consulting General Contractor Services for the Siskiyou Integrated Wellness Center

The purpose of this RFP is to request proposals to provide Consulting General Contractor (CGC) services for the Siskiyou Integrated Wellness Center (Project), which will provide outpatient clinic space, meeting rooms, offices, and related amenities to address the unmet behavioral health needs of Siskiyou County residents. The Project will be funded by the Behavioral Health Continuum Infrastructure Program (BHCIP) Bond Round 2, will be administered by the Siskiyou County Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA), and will be located in Yreka, California. The State of California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) is administering BHCIP to enhance community behavioral health infrastructure throughout the state.

Proposals to this RFP should include the following services:

1. Review Project architectural documents and drawings, and provide detailed cost estimates and feedback on design with the aim of achieving building code compliance,and improving cost efficiency and constructability;

2. Help establish standards and specifications to include in an RFP to select a general contractor to build the Project, and review qualifications of prospective general contractor candidates; and

3. Manage construction of the Project on behalf of HHSA.

4. The CGC will fulfill an advisory role to the Project only and will not be eligible to respond to the RFP that will select a general contractor to build the Project.
