For your convenience Siskiyou County Animal Control provides this method of reporting your lost pet, this will save the need to phone the Animal Control Office and the form can be completed any time of the day.

Include Street or Road Address
This is a required file and must be included.
Enter the phone that is likely going to be answered.
Description of Found Animal
Enter the Closest Cross Street and Road Where Found
Is the missing animal a dog, cat, goat, etc.
Enter if Known
Animal's Gender
Animal's Size *
Has the Animal been checked for a microchip? *
Does the Animal Have ID Tags? *
If the animal was wearing a collar or harness, please describe what the animal was wearing including the color of the item.
If a photo is available it will be helpful. Please include only photos up to 640 x 480 pixels
Files must be less than 2 MB.
Allowed file types: gif jpg jpeg png.
