Three County Joint Board Meeting – December 15, 2025
The Counties of Siskiyou (CA), Modoc (CA), and Klamath (OR) will convene a Three County Joint Board Meeting on Monday, December 15, 2025, to discuss regional issues of shared importance related to the Klamath Basin and surrounding areas.

- 2025 water year conditions and outlook for the 2026 water year
- Impacts to irrigators associated with re-evaluation of Endangered Species Act requirements for the Klamath Project
- Consideration of a draft letter supporting commitments under the 2016 Klamath Power and Facilities Agreement
- 2025 Tri-Counties Workgroup progress, including Bureau of Reclamation coordination, gray wolf management, Keno Dam infrastructure, and Secure Rural Schools funding
- Discussion of anadromous fish populations and factors influencing return levels
- Updates on California redistricting ahead of the 2026 midterm elections
- Updates regarding Secure Rural Schools (SRS) funding
- Overview of the Forest Service Reorganization Act of 2025
- Gray wolf activity, cattle depredations, and mitigation efforts
