Six Siskiyou County Leaders Earn CSAC Executive Credential
The Siskiyou County Board of Supervisors proudly recognized six County employees for successfully completing the California Counties Executive Credential Program, offered through the CSAC Institute Office of the California Counties Foundation.
Graduation certificates were presented during a recent Board of Supervisors meeting by Paul Danczyk, PhD., Chief Operating Officer of the California Counties Foundation.
The CSAC Executive Credential Program is designed specifically for county supervisors, senior executives, and emerging leaders. Participants complete a series of courses focused on public service leadership, county governance, organizational effectiveness, and executive management. To earn the credential, participants must successfully complete 10 CSAC-approved courses, demonstrating a commitment to professional growth and excellence in public service.
The following Siskiyou County employees earned their Executive Credential:
- Hailey Lang – Director of Community Development
- Garrett Richardson – Director of Public Works
- Sherry Lawson – Deputy County Administrator / Chief Fiscal Officer
- Adam Filippone – Director of General Services
- Hayley Hudson – Deputy County Administrator, Personnel & Risk Management
- Joanne Johnson – Program Coordinator
Completion of the program reflects each graduate's dedication to continuous learning, leadership development, and strengthening county government. The knowledge and skills gained through the Executive Credential Program help participants better serve Siskiyou County while preparing them to meet the evolving challenges of public service.
