Elizabeth Johnson Recognized with Siskiyou County Peak of Excellence Award
The Siskiyou County Board of Supervisors is proud to recognize Elizabeth Rose Johnson, Staff Services Analyst with the Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office, as the Quarter 1, 2026 recipient of the Peak of Excellence Award.
The Peak of Excellence program honors County employees who demonstrate outstanding commitment, accountability, collaboration, positivity, and adaptability, helping foster a culture of excellence across the organization.
Elizabeth was selected for her strong work ethic, proactive approach, and consistent dedication to both her department and the broader community. Whether supporting operations in the office or taking initiative in strengthening the County as a whole, she consistently goes above and beyond to serve both her department and the community.
In her role, Elizabeth has worked to streamline internal processes, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance standards are met, helping position the Sheriff’s Office for continued success. Beyond her core responsibilities, she has played an important role in training new employees, sharing her knowledge, and supporting cross-training efforts that strengthen the department’s overall effectiveness and service to the public.
Elizabeth is widely recognized as a versatile and dependable team member, always willing to step in where needed. While much of her work takes place behind the scenes, its impact is felt across the organization. Her dedication, initiative, and leadership exemplify the values at the heart of the Peak of Excellence program.
