Possible Smoke Visible 1/7/26 - Mt. Shasta

On January 16, 2026, visible smoke may be present in the Mt. Shasta area due to the scheduled burning of brush piles at the Black Butte  Transfer Station.

Please do not be alarmed, this is a planned burn in partnership with CALFIRE.
