Environmental Health Division Announces Updated Office Hours

Environmental Health Hours Change

Beginning August 3, the Siskiyou County Environmental Health Division will implement updated office hours to better serve the public and allow staff dedicated time to inspections, complaint investigations, permitting, and enforcement activities.

The updated office hours will be:

  • Monday through Thursday
  • Open to the public: 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M.
  • Closed for lunch: 12:00 P.M. to 1:00 P.M.
  • Open to the public: 1:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M.

Friday

  • By appointment only

These changes are intended to improve efficiency and ensure staff have dedicated time to complete behind-the-scenes work that supports timely customer service and project processing.
