New Real Estate Protection Service Offered by the Assessor-Recorders Office
The Siskiyou County Assessor-Recorder’s Department is pleased to provide a Free Real Estate Protection Service to help safeguard property owners against fraudulent activity.
Through ParcelQuest’s Guard Dog monitoring system, subscribers receive 24/7 protection for their credit, home, and property title. This service automatically monitors for any suspicious or potentially fraudulent documents that are recorded using the property owner’s name or Assessor Parcel Number (APN).
If such documents are detected, the subscriber will be notified immediately by email, allowing for timely review and response.
